Rallio reserves the right to send messages regarding changes to the Rallio Website, Technology Platform, Services, or these Terms of Use.
4. Rallio License
4.1. Rallio License
Rallio grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Rallio Website, Technology Platform, and Content.
4.2. License for Customer Content: Sandbox
You grant Rallio a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use Customer Content in the Sandbox and for providing Services.
4.3. License Restrictions
You shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Rallio Technology Platform or Content.
4.4. Specific Conditions
You agree to defend and indemnify Rallio from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Rallio Technology Platform.
4.5. Responsibility for User Submissions and Customer Content
You are solely responsible for the User Submissions and Customer Content you upload, and Rallio acts as a medium for online distribution.
4.6. Prohibition on Spam
The Services may not be used for sending unsolicited email messages (“Spam”).

5. Subscriptions
Subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

All rights in the Rallio Technology Platform and Content are owned by or licensed to Rallio and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Use of OpenAI Services
10.1. Data Usage with OpenAI
Client consents to the use of their data, including images and text, with OpenAI for generating social media posts, review responses, and AI-generated images. Rallio will implement security measures to protect client data during transmission to and from OpenAI.
10.2. Anonymization
Where possible, client data sent to OpenAI will be anonymized to minimize the risk of exposing personally identifiable information (PII).
10.3. Compliance with OpenAI Terms
The use of OpenAI’s services is subject to OpenAI’s terms and conditions. Clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
10.4. Generated Content Review
Clients acknowledge that content generated by OpenAI may not always be accurate or appropriate and agree to review and approve any such content before publication.
10.5. Liability
Rallio is not liable for any claims arising from the use of AI-generated content provided by OpenAI.
10.6. Data Protection and Compliance
Rallio and the client agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in connection with the use of OpenAI services. Rallio will implement reasonable security measures to protect client data during transmission to and from OpenAI.
